August Joyce & Tim Worthington vs Maximum Violence & Brandon Barajas
Joyce and Barajas start this match off and August finds his feet quickly with a series of suplexes followed up with various arm bars showing off his technical ability. On the side lines Maximum Violence cheers on his buddy and tries to get the crowd behind him as Joyce and Worthington exchange quick tags, isolating their opponent in classic tag team fashion. Barajas would score offense here and there, but the experience of Worthington and Joyce would prove too much for him.
Several minutes of this pass, with Max getting more and more amped up on the outside. Worthington tries a series of pins, with Barajas kicking out of them all refusing to be kept down. Finally Max can take no more and he rushes the ring only to be blocked by the referee and escorted back to the outside. The crowd are spit, half willing for Barajas to get the tag, the others cheering on the expert tagging from Worthington and Joyce. Finally Barajas manages to snake away from Worthington after a swift kick to the stomach and a hard DDT. Maximum Violence tags in and the arena erupts as he takes it to Joyce and than Worthington in quick succession. The heat is too much for Worthington, opting to bail out of the ring and Max turns his attention on Joyce. The two exchange a high pace offense for several minutes before Max takes away his legs and jumps right on him locking on the Torture Killer (Crippler crossface). Joyce has no choice but to tap.
