Benjamin was born in Laos, Nigeria. His parents moved to Chicago when he was 3, and his sister Selina was born in Chicago that same year. In 1979, only a year or so after they moved to America, their parents returned to Nigeria for a family funeral. Benjamin and Selina were left in the care of their neighbours, Mr & Mrs Doi, an elderly Japanese couple. Benjamin’s parents would never return to the US as the funeral was attacked by an unknown party, setting off a bomb which killed all of his family.
The Doi’s adopted Benjamin and Selina, raising them as their own. In 1993 the Doi’s passed away within a few weeks of each other, both from old age. As a mark of respect to his adopted parents, who had no children of their own, Benjamin legally changed his name to Doi.
Doi had always been a wrestling fan, as was his adopted father, and it was Mr Doi who got him into a Chicago wrestling school as a young teenager. Doi trained there until his adoptive parents death, when he moved to Vancouver to continue his training. It is at this new wrestling school that Benjamin met August and, through him, Zhen.
During a show in Calgary Doi suffered a major blow, he blew out his knee and severely damaged his cartilage. For reasons unknown to his specialist, the problem has not healed correctly and this knee has effectively forced him to call an end to his solo career. He can still manage the occasional match, teaming with August when the need arises.
Xanthe Joyce

Xanthe originates from the island of Kefalonia in Greece and came to Canada to attend the University of British Columbia. She was studying law there, and had arranged work experience with Zhen for one summer. It was through Zhen that she met August, and her life changed. The two fell in love and Xanthe dropped out of her law degree.
Xanthe and August were soon married, and she began basic ring training. She still works part-time for Zhen and also wrestles part-time as Augusts’ other tag-team partner.
Yana Gradlienko
DOB: 26-02-1988
Hometown: St Petersburg, Russia
Height: 5’4”
Yana was the second child of a very poor Russian woman. She was abandoned in St Petersburg square, eventually being found by a policeman and taken to a local orphanage. She never found a new home, and at age 18 she was eager to get out into the world and find her mother.
She soon found out her older sister, Una. Una had not seen their mother in many years, and last she knew she was in Canada. Yana came to Vancouver, only to find her mother had died three years before. Yana remained in Vancouver, eager to learn anything she could about her mother. She met Benjamin in a coffee bar and he leant an ear while she let out her feelings. He then introduced her to Zhen, who gave her a job as her PA. Zhen used her legal contacts to help Yana get a student visa, and she has been studying part-time since then.
Zhen Xu
Full name: Xu Zhen-Ou

Originally from Hong Kong, she moved to Canada with her family in the early seventies. She initially lived in Montreal but moved to Vancouver to study Law at the University of British Columbia, then going on to work at Davis LLP. While working for Davis she spent a couple of years in their Tokyo office, where she added Japanese to her language repertoire which also includes English, Mandarin and French.
It was while in Japan that Zhen became a fan of wrestling, and on her return to Canada she left the firm to set up her own company. Zhen now acts as agent and lawyer to a number of professional wrestlers, as well as one or two other entertainers. All of Zhen’s clients have one thing in common, they have all been orphaned. She has never really explained her reasons for this to anyone.
Zhen is a self confessed geek and also has a passion for Pokemon, leading to her nickname of Geekachu.
